1. Credits:

Use of certain paid features on the Website, including communication with advisors, requires the use of Credits.

Your credit balance will be debited to pay for these features. For all chat-based communications, Credits are deducted from your account on a per-message basis. The cost for each message is a fixed rate of 100 Credits.

2. Payment method:

To increase your Credit Balance, we will deduct the necessary fees from the payment method you provided during the initial purchase. By agreeing to this, you authorize us to charge the relevant fees to the payment method you have supplied.

3. Forfeiture of Credits:

You may lose all Credits if your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, at our discretion without prior notice. This may occur for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Your account on the Website has been dormant for a period of one year.
  • Failure to adhere to any published document on the Website (such as the Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Live Chat Rules).
  • We have reason to believe that there may be fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Credits and the Service by you.
  • We have reason to believe there may be additional illegal activities linked to your account.
  • We are taking steps to safeguard the Service, our users, experts, and our reputation.
  • You will not be entitled to receive any funds or other forms of compensation for any remaining Credits in your account upon closure, regardless of whether the closure was voluntary or involuntary.

4. Refunds:

The guidelines for requesting a refund can be found in our Money Back Policy.

5. Other Terms:

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that the Credits you purchase have no monetary worth and are not considered as actual currency or property of any form. The Credits cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged for any legally valid payment method, goods, or items of monetary value, whether by us or any other party.

You are not permitted to purchase or sell any Credits or your account in return for legal tender or to exchange them for any other form of value through any method other than what is specified by us.
