If you bought a product on our website and were offered a money-back guarantee at checkout, you can request a refund in addition to your legal refund rights. To initiate a refund, get in touch with us through the Support Center or via email within 30 days of your purchase and before your subscription ends. You will need to show proof that you have used the product for at least 7 continuous days within the first 30 days after buying it.
After receiving your request, we will evaluate it and inform you via email about the status of your refund application.
In general, if you do not meet the conditions outlined above, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law.
Note for EU residents: If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel your agreement to purchase digital content at no cost and without providing a reason within fourteen (14) days from when the agreement was made. This right to cancel does not apply if you have given your explicit consent for the performance of the agreement to begin and have acknowledged that this means you waive your right to cancel.
