When chatting with the Psychics in Live Chat, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Please provide the Psychics with direct and specific questions regarding your concerns and areas of interest. Ask your questions sequentially and ensure they are clear and focused.
2. Please ensure you don't finish the conversation without receiving the Psychic's response.
3. Please show respect to the Psychics by using polite language. Avoid using any offensive, inappropriate, or vulgar words.
4. Refrain from disrespecting, mistreating, embarrassing, or intimidating the Psychics.
5. Please refrain from questioning or criticizing the professional abilities of the Psychics. Our Psychics have extensive experience in readings and have been chosen by us for their expertise and skill in providing guidance.

By adhering to these Rules, you contribute to a positive and respectful environment in the COSMICORION Live Chat, ensuring a constructive and beneficial experience for both yourself and the Psychics.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Live Chat without prior warning if you violate our Terms and Conditions of Use.

If you believe your access was terminated unjustly, you may challenge the decision by contacting our Support center.
